Returns Policy
- Products can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unwashed and unused with unbroken tags
- Quality check of the product will be done upon return
- We do not provide cash refunds, only store credit will be issued
- Shipping costs and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
- Notify the company within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product, and send pictures to hello@poppi.in.
