This policy is strict and non-negotiable. Please review carefully before purchasing

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances. Product ordered cannot be changed under any circumstances.

We do NOT offer cash refunds
Partial payments are also not eligible for cancellations or refund

✅ EXCHANGE (Size Change Only)

Exchange allowed within 5 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
₹250 flat shipping charge to be paid by customer (reverse + forward shipping)
Exchange is only processed after the return reaches the warehouse and a thorough quality check is done
Once exchanged, no further exchange or return allowed
The entire process will take 10-14 working days

🔁 RETURN (Store Credit Only)

Returns allowed within 5 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
No cash / bank refund
Shipping & COD charges (if any) will be deducted from refund
Remaining amount issued as store credit
Store credit is only processed after the returned product reaches the warehouse and a thorough quality check is done
The entire process will take 10-14 working days
Store credit valid for 6 months only. Under no circumstances will this period be extended for any customer
Orders placed using store credit are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again
If courier is refused at the time of delivery, brand will not issue a refund. The courier will be returned back to the brand and either a store credit will be issued or delivery will be re-attempted
PLEASE NOTE - At Poppi, every fabric & print undergoes strict quality checks. In rare cases, if a fabric defect is identified, we may be required to return the fabric to our supplier for replacement. This may result in a delay in the delivery timeline of your order. In such circumstances, order cancellations and refunds will not be permitted. However, customers will be offered store credit equivalent to the order value, which can be redeemed on any future purchase from Poppi.

• This is a sitewide sale offer valid for a limited period only
• No returns or refunds will be accepted on sale orders
• Only size exchange is allowed, subject to availability
• Exchange shipping charges of INR 250 must be borne by the customer
• No urgent deliveries or priority shipping requests will be accommodated during the sale period
• Dispatch timeline for all sale orders is up to 15 working days
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging for exchange approval
