CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

✅ EXCHANGE (Size Change Only)

Exchange allowed within 5 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
₹250 flat shipping charge (reverse + forward shipping)
Exchange is only processed after the return reaches the warehouse and a thorough quality check is done
Once exchanged, no further exchange or return allowed
The entire process will take 10-14 working days

🔁 RETURN (Store Credit Only)

Returns allowed within 5 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
No cash / bank refund
Shipping & COD charges (if any) will be deducted from refund
Remaining amount issued as store credit
Store credit is only processed after the returned product reaches the warehouse and a thorough quality check is done
The entire process will take 10-14 working days
Store credit valid for 6 months only. Under no circumstances will this period be extended for any customer.
Orders placed using store credit are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again
If courier is refused at the time of delivery, brand will not issue a refund. The courier will be returned back to the brand and either a store credit will be issued or delivery will be re-attempted
