• Exchange allowed within 5 days of delivery
• Only for the same outfit in a different size
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
• ₹250 flat shipping charge (reverse + forward shipping)
• Exchange processed after quality check
• Once exchanged, no further exchange or return allowed

🔁 RETURN (Store Credit Only)

• Return allowed within 5 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
• No cash / bank refund
• Shipping & COD charges (if any) deducted from refund
• Remaining amount issued as store credit
• Store credit valid for 6 months
• Orders placed using store credit are final
