SHIPPING POLICY

• All products purchased from POPPI are shipped in excellent condition.

• Due to a high volume of orders, dispatches may take up to 15 working days. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us on Whatsapp, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

• A shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for all orders under Rs.5000
• Customers will be updated about the status of their orders via SMS and email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

• All products purchased from POPPI are shipped in excellent condition.
• Depending upon the location, the product will be shipped to you within 4-5 working days.
• Deliveries will take up to 15-20 working days.
• All international orders have a delivery fee associated depending on the delivery address.
• The cost of the delivery needs to be borne by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for all customs & duties associated with the order, within their own country.
• All orders outside of India have to be prepaid.
• All orders are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
• Customers will be updated about the status of their orders via email.
