Dry Cleaning Instructions:
- Avoid cleaning the garment roughly and take extreme care when dry cleaning especially with heavily embroidered clothes & dark colours.
- Please avoid use of pre-spotting & bleaching agents.
Ironing Instructions:
- Only steam iron
- Don’t steam iron the embroidery directly. Always keep a piece of cloth between embroidery & iron.
- Clothes should always be steam ironed on the reverse side.
- Do not wet the cloth or embroidery before steam ironing

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
Products can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unwashed and unused with unbroken tags
Quality check of the product will be done upon return
We do not provide cash refunds, only store credit will be issued
Shipping costs and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return/exchange.
Notify the company within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product, and send pictures to hello@poppi.in.
