Valentine's Day E-Gift card

Terms and Conditions :

• This E-gift card is redeemable only on www.poppi.in
• This E-gift card shall have a validity period of 1 year
• This E-gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• Multiple e-gift cards can be clubbed in a single order
• Only exchanges are allowed for E-gift cards and NO returns
• E-Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit and cannot be reloaded
• The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking
• If the order value is less than the amount of the E Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
• Once the E Gift Card has been sent to the customer via email, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card code. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, Poppi shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards
• E Gift Cards can be purchased using the following payment modes only Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking

Returns Policy

Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges

Products can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery

The product must be unwashed and unused with unbroken tags

Quality check of the product will be done upon return

We do not provide cash refunds, only store credit will be issued

Shipping costs and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return/exchange.

Notify the company within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product, and send pictures to hello@poppi.in.

Shipping

All products purchased from POPPI are shipped in excellent condition.

Depending upon the location, the product will be shipped to you within 3-4 working days.
